Why haven't i gotten paid from half.com even AFTER the payment date range?

So i sold a book on May 16th on half.com, shipped it May 19th. and the payment period was May 15 - May 31st, they say you're supposed to get paid within 7 days after the payment period... and i know from past experiences half.com will notify you at the end of the month that they will be depositing the money to your account in 7day... well today is day 8 and i didnt even get that notification that i will be getting paid for this period... also the status of my order still says "shipped" and hasnt changed to "closed" yet even though the tracking on the package said it was delivered on the 22nd of may.... so my question is what should i do? wait more? is there something wrong? and has anyone else had this problem before too? please and thank you in advance for your help
