It sounds like a good sign. Wait for a day or two and see if it continues/increases, if it does that's a good sign for you, it may just be a light period. If it doesn't continue or gets lighter then you may be pregnant, however implantation bleeding is not very common, usually if you are bleeding, especially if it's red in color, you aren't pregnant.
