Install PicPick, Jing,Gadwin ScreenCapture,PhotoScape or ScreenHunter (both free) at CNET http://www.download.com/

That print screen button on the key board doesn't work very well and there are no options or editing tools. I have found that PicPick is the best of all the free screen print software.PhotoScape also has a screen print/capture utility and an editor as well.It takes a while to set these up and determine where you want the picture sent, like My Pictures,Desktop, ect.

If none of these work, you can try holding ALT and pressing the print screen button. Also if this is done on any other PC it only captures the selected image instead of the whole page. This leaves out any unwanted info that may not want to be seen.

The print screen is normally located above the insert button,

    It says:

    Prt Scr

    SysRQ

Then open paint or any other application and click edit>paste.
