I know the video is sped up, but you are still hoping up en pointe and not rolling through your demi pointe. Also...where is your turnout! You will never get anywhere en pointe if you are not engaging your turnout. This should be second nature to you if you are well trained. My only guess here is that you went en pointe before your technique was ready enough. It takes at least 3 years to get strong enough technique to dance en pointe and I am talking about taking ballet class 5 days a week not just 2 or 3.

Work at the barre on flat and consciously engage your turnout. Push through the floor with your foot when doing rond de jambe a terre. Think turnout all the time.

Once you can really engage your turnout, you will be amazed at all you will be able to do.

If the pointe footwear at the instant are not broken in including your feet, the footwear would be very not simple so your feet will injury. cut back your toenails. not too short (via fact the internal epidermis then, could touch the shoe and this could injury), yet do not shop your nails long the two. Tip: pedicure and pointe does not circulate properly at the same time... additionally, positioned on a toepad (get it in a ballet keep or on line keep) or get the gelly toe protector (the drugstore could have some) in case you are able to not discover the gelly protector, get a kitchen sponge towel, cut back it on your toe length and wrap it around your toe, then get some tape and stick it around- this might properly be a good technique, via fact the sponge towel will soak up your sweat from the feet. additionally, advance your ankles by using sitting on the floor with promptly legs and rotate the ankle inward and outwards, up and down. remember, ballet seems captivating and simple, despite if it takes distinctive coaching and capability to look captivating. Even ballerinas get very painful feet after peformance, despite in the event that they circulate en pointe daily. so which you at the instant are not the only one. happy Dancing! (desire it facilitates!!!)
