I had one were people kept disappearing from Armadalo and it turns out a cannibal was eating people. You had to rescue a person from him.

Yeah the cannibal one was pretty weird but the man that you had to find flowers for his love was the weirdest. I thought his wife was lovely...
ps I never got to meet the "I Know You" stranger, but he seems pretty strange. You can find videos on Youtube of it.

the angel like guy that you shoot but cant kill in a cut scene, he was the guy for the stranger mission 'I Know You.' He's weird, that or the 'California' mission guy.
