I don't mean what the lexical meaning is, I want to know what it exactly refer to.

The world inspiration comes from an old Greek word that means "In Spirit." So when you're inspired, you are in tune to yourself spiritually. Motivation is what you force yourself to do, but inspiration is what you do naturally and effortlessly. When you're inspired, your being your true self.

inspiration is a feeling. when you get it you are fulled by motivation and get the need to do something about it.
