Well he was originally going to be called up to RAW with Brett Dibiase to join Ted but Brett got injured so they had a change of plans..

Ludicrous? What are you talking about? NXT is innovative and a refreshing change to the usual droning that is RAW which usually clogs up the main part of the WWE. Curt Hennig's son is still part of FCW and NXT, therefore he is also a part of the WWE. Everybody knows that NXT is just a guise to cover up the fact that they will be bringing in new stars. Vince McMahon is a genius because this way he can build a fanbase for the newcomers before they even enter the 'WWE'. Other stars will still be entering like usual, without entering through NXT, thats just the way it is. the Uso twins are excellent wrestlers anyway for those who have seen them in FCW. The WWE needs to refresh their Tag Team Division, and this is an excellent way to do it.

I'm guessing that the WWE was originally going to do an angle involving the Hart Dynasty against the Colons, given that Carlito and Primo just reunited. But since Carlito was released, they decided to bring up one of their tag teams from FCW, hence the choice of the Usos.
