Can anyone recommend a really good mascara?
I have very long eyelashes but they are very fair. I want a new mascara that separates my lashes, not clump them together. I don't want to have to apply loads of coats either as I find this causes clumps.I don't like the ones where you put on a white coat first and then apply the black. I currently use Christian Dior Iconic but find the last tube I bought not very good and think it's time for a change. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

My first suggestion is urban decay big fatty mascara. It is a dry formula (some mascaras go on very wet and easily clump and smudge) It Separates lashes and gives alot of volume. Oh and the tube is really cute! Its my favourite :D
The next best thing would probably benefits bad gal lash

for a mascara, i dont think u need a high end one, maybelline does the job good from a loe end one, waterproof mascara tends to clump, thats why i like using non-waterproof one, they are smudge free.. no matter expensive u buy ur mascara is how u apply is important, start from the base and when u go to the upper end, make a zig-zag..
another secret tool is buy a lash comb, its everywhere in beauty store, ask them for it.. u will be satisfied. no matter how bad it clumps, the lash comb will separate the hair.. tanks

I would definitely recommend maybelline's colossal volume mascara. I decided to try this one and was truly amazed with the results. It gives your lashes mega volume and length with just one coat!
It is usually priced at £6.99 and can be found at any major makeup store. Typically Superdrug and Boots:

Hope this helps :)

I use Las Expansion by Lovebird. It is not too pricey, and works wonder. I have long lashes too.
