Does Eminent Domain Apply To Responsibility For Gulf Of Mexico Environmental Disaster?

When several states are effected commercially, ecologically, and financially, is it the federal responsibility to address the disaster?

    Eminent Domain laws do not apply here.

    No government responsiability here.

    It was a private company that caused this problem they should be held liable and required to pay and conduct the clean up.
