where can i buy colored window tint/ film?
i want to tint my headlights blue. is there any craft stores that would carry just transparent colored film that i could cut and place on my headlights.

walmart, but check your local and state laws, placing film over head lights may be illegal in your area or state.

yeah, don't do that b/c anyway the severity of rain/snow and wind will rip it off the first time you drive in inclement weather.
Instead, you can buy transparent glass paint at Michael's or AC Moore.
but again check if you will not be in violation. the a paint should be o.k. b/c I doubt the headlights will emit a blue light when you use them at night. a paint or any type of treatment cannot impact your ability to use them for lighting your way or impact other drivers from clearly seeing you.
