You have no turnout. No ballet technique. It is hard to believe you have been dancing for 5 years. Your fifth looks like a third. There is no way you should be dancing en pointe.

From someone en pointe, you probably have a ways to go. That's not saying that you're a horrible dancer with no technique, but were you cleared by your teacher to dance en pointe? Do you take more than two classes a week? If either answer is no, you should keep working before trying pointe again.
The reason they said those things is because you're not up over your box, and you need work on your turnout. Here's a kinda-good example of going up over your box, although this dancer is getting into very, very dangerous territory by sinking into her big toe. See how she leans back on her foot? That's NOT a good idea.

But you can see how her line is complete. Compare that with your pointe work and make some adjustments next time you're in class.
For your turnout, here's what I suggest. The frog stretch only fights half the battle: the actual flexibility of your hip sockets, i.e. HOW FAR your legs turn out. The more important thing to work on is muscle memory, or teaching your legs to turn out, which will impact HOW OFTEN you turn out when you dance. For this, my best advice would be to put your legs straight out in front of you, toes pointed, knees facing the ceiling. Now turn your ENTIRE LEG out, all the way from the upper thigh, through the knees (which should now be facing either wall) to the ankles and toes. Repeat this as often as you possibly can, while watching TV, while relaxing, whenever you have a free moment. Doing barre work (or floor barre, if you know how to correctly do floor barre) will also help your turnout, particularly doing a PERFECT rond de jambe. That's downright essential. Here's a page that has helpful turnout information as well:

And here's a page that will tell you what you really need, in no uncertain terms to be en pointe:

Currently, your pointe work is hurting your feet more than helping them. I would consider some pre-pointe classes, even if you can't give up our pointe class entirely. Good luck =)

A little.
You're better than what i've seen on Yahoo!, but your turnout does disappear when you go en pointe. (that's bad.)
If they're brandy new shoes, it's explainable why you can't get onto your box, but if they aren't and that's how you normally are en pointe..you're ballet technique blows.

I don't know since I'm not on pointe. I've never been taught anything about pointe from my teachers. Don't listen to them just work on it. Focus on yourself and your dancing. Who cares what they say. Only listen to your teachers or people you actually know in person.
I'm not trying to be rude or anything but why do you keep posting this video?
Oh ya I can tell that you love ballet a lot lol, anyways good luck! : )

I wouldn't say you are awful but you need to work on your technique. Also those arent very good pointe shoes you should get some new ones.
