please help, i accidentaly deleted all my xbox 360 saved games. is there any way i can get them back?

i was trying to get a USB working on the xbox and when i tried to delet anything that was on it i chose the wrong USb and delete all my save dgames! anybody know anything about This? (XBOX360)

    Sorry, you're screwed. Same happened to me, except it was just one game. Deleted my Mercenaries 2 save by accident. It didn't really matter, I just played for fun and used cheats. I'm doing it again.
