I have a new URL shortening site what statements would i need to add ?

In the last 2 days i have installed a new URL shortening site http://www.twurlit.com/ on a new server so the site is finally live,what i would like some information on is what if any statements should i add to the site albeit its not storing any copyright material or anything like that so i dont think a DMCA statement is required.

Does anyone have any suggestions on this one please,all it really does is reduce massive URL's down in length so that you can post them on sites like Twitter.

So does anyone think i am alright without and legal statements ???

Thank you

    Sorry buddy, don't think much of your site in terms of shortening.

    I tried to shorten my website's url using your site and what I got was

    http://www.twurlit.com/?/* (the * denotes the final part of the "shortened" url)

    It's almost as long as the url I was trying to shorten.

    Doesn't seem to be working yet. I tried to twurlit on cnn.com. First I got this error, which has a typo in it.

    Don't forget http:// or https:://.

    Then when I added cnn.com I got an internal server error. Site looks good though, still needs a bit of work. Good luck!

    I use 3.ly for now, btw.
