Has anyone heard about alligators being cleaned from the oil spill of the gulf coast?

i am seeing everything about birds but nothing about these.

Update:

people, the oil is getting into the marshes of louisiana where there is these creatures.

    I've only seen one photograph of alligators being tended. Was in one of LA's bayous, apperantly one of the first bayous to see oil.

    Luckily, alligators tend to live in shallow water and the Gulf is not shallow.

    Who would be courageous enough to clean an alligator? I would just let it die. I am not going to get bitten by an alligator just because BP let some oil rig blow up! No way, no how!

    Very humorous perspective, why not include sharks and barracuda they are more pervasive in the gulf than alligator.

    I wasn't aware that alligators were in danger at this point as they don't live in saltwater.
