Simple physics question?
Pull horizontally on a crate with a force of 200 N and it slides across the floor in a dynamic equilibrium. How much friction is acting on the crate?

Assuming that air friction or resistance is ignored, the friction force is equivelant to the pulling force, 200 N. The term dynamic equillibrium means all forces sum to 0. If, after all forces were summed together there was a force being applied, then the object would be accelerating in that direction.
