18 and over clubs in vegas?
we are going to a wedding this weekend in Vegas. my wife's kid brother and some of his friends are going but they're not 21 yet. Are there any clubs they can go to, or is all pretty much arcades if your not 21

There are only a few nightlife spots, both on and off the Strip, where under-21s can hang out. But they're mostly live-music clubs, not DJ-driven dance clubs. Here's one recommendation:
House of Blues (at Mandalay Bay)

Has all-ages live music shows 6 nights a week currently (except Saturdays).
Other live music venues sometimes have all-ages shows, like the Pearl at the Palms (but there's nothing going on there this weekend, I checked for you) and the Hard Rock's Joint (but it's Dennis Leary doing stand-up comedy there this Saturday night, not a live band).
One tip: If you want to get away from the Strip's video arcades (like GameWorks near the MGM Grand or Circus Circus' Adventuredome), try Pole Position Raceway, west of the Strip near the Palms. It's pretty fun high-speed go-kart racing.

There is only one 18+ club in the area and it is in Henderson and not close to the strip at all. It's called Frozen (or something like that) and is only open on Saturdays. So you are right, it's pretty much arcades if you're not 21 as far as nightlife on the strip.
