Why was Mexico's Goal Disallowed?

In the World Cup game against South Africa, they called offsides even though there was a defender standing on the goal line. Was that a just a blown call or did the keeper coming out have something to do with it?

There has to be two people in front of the defender, and because the keeper had come out there was only one, hence offside

Noone really realised this cause it rarely happens...so it was in fact a fantastic call....

    Exactly right.

The goal keeper coming out caused the player who scored the goal to be in an offside position at the moment his team-mate headed the ball. This made it an offside offense.

RIP has it right. The keeper coming out off his line put Vela offside.
