Can you post videos on youtube from jail?

I was wondering does a prisoner have the right of free expression and speech when he is in jail...and can he post videos onto the internet even thought he is in jail???

    In the prisons and jails where it is allowed, usage is heavily monitored and it would be up to that prison's policies. Somehow, I don't think that uploading videos to the internet would be allowed.

    Prison is all about taking away rights, not granting them.

    I dont think you get computers in jail.
