yes your cpu is just a repackaged core duo 1
for some reason intle just loves to make things more complicated
how ever you forgot to mention th emost imortant thing
your video card
if you have an integrated intel piece of crap you need to have at least an gma x3100
but anything by nvidia or ati is better then that
edit : ignore rolex apparantly he confuses ram memory with had drive space

Um not from the looks of it,
You got enough ram.
You processors a tad weak. Which it might run with your processor but it will have some lag.
And you need 7.5 GB free to install it and download it. and you have 3GB free.
And idk about your video card cause u didnt post it.
