how should i do my hair and makeup for the dance?
my dress is white with black flowers and a pink sash.
i either want to go for a sleek, modern look or a softer romantic look.
either: -shimmery light-purple eyeshadow applied wet for a foiled look
-a little black or dark blue eyeliner
-straight hair, either in a high ponytail or down
or: -matte eyeshadow in a soft shade of purple
-smudged eyeliner
-lots of mascara
-wavy hair
what do you think?

ok i dont really have a lot to chose from, for my hair its either straightened or naturally wavy. up or down.
i dont have black eyeshadow, just the 2 shades i said.
or an eyelash curler. im usually not that into makeup.

For your hair, do a lot of mini baby curls ( like Goldilocks's) and then hair spray them very good so that they don't fall apart. After you finish the curls split them each in half. Hair spray again and then put in a pink head band ( one of the plain metal ones with no decorations on them). For your makeup, go for black eyeshadow and curled lashes... Trust me... this will look so much better than the two things that you suggested.
P.S. I like your ideas though.
