Dancer diet advice what to eat?

Im 5'6 and weigh 140 i want to get down to 120. i know 140 is healthy but i want to make senoir company this year and i know i need to bring everything ive got. Please dont tell me that i shouldnt loose weight im looking for advice as to what to eat for each meal. i am ok not mixing it up

so i would like

Breakfast(what to eat and drink)

Lunch(small, but what to eat and again drink)

Dinner(eat and drink)

2 snacks to be eaten on days when i dance between classes

i dont eat seafood but i do eat meat

please give me some ideas

    Breakfast - drink lots of water. + complex carbohydrates ( wholemeal bread...etc)

    Lunch - Drink lots of water + Anything you would eat (whatever... something not to oily not too fat)

    Dinner - Eat less and drink lots of water.

    For lunch... eat till you are full ... coz you will move around too. so basically the things in your stomach will be digested easily. And when dinner comes Dont eat too full, coz you won't move around that much as in the afternoon.

    Drink lots of water, don't drink soft drinks or anything sweet, it is really important.
