What do you think? about this situation?

I returned a MP3 player that music only come out at one ear. It was on sale $10 off at $29.99. I get my refunds to my VISA. I noticed on the paper after it was refunded at $39.99. What is you thought on this situation?

Update:

I am just surprise the quality of employee. She just give away $10 dollar.

Update 2:

Every little things add up to the world we living now. I guess no one care about anything. Have fun with the world you people are making.

Do not be surprised if the $10.00 is later deducted. Error occurred because on refunds they did not program the discount yet. It is not her fault. It is the program.

You are being paid $10.00 for the aggravation caused by the MP3 player -you may at your discretion report the overage to your CC account (Visa) but they won't reverse it.
