time zone help , please UK AND EST?

I have a virtual meeting online that will start at 5:30 EST, Ny and I need to know what time it will be in the UK.. and the GMT.. please help

    It should be 5:30 EDT, that is Eastern Daylight time which IS 10:30am UK daylight savingS time. GMT would be 9:30am, why confuse the situation with GMT? Thats a fixed hour thats not in effect with daylight savings time, it will screw you up.

    EST is 5 hours behind GMT - so it will be 10:30 GMT
