A: The successful tenderer is required to sign the Building Agreement within 2 weeks from the date of the payment of the land premium in full. Stamp duty shall be paid within the same two weeks period and on both documents, letter of award and Building Agreement. A nominal stamp duty shall be payable for the Building Agreement.
