My computer died. I bought a refurbished one?
Problem is, this one uses Microsoft Word and the work I've been doing for the last four years used works. I stored my work of floppies, external hard drive, and a flash drive. That's four years of work that I can't get to. And yes I know I should have printed it out but I couldn't get my printer to work and I am very poor (US$800.00 a month) Pay your mortgage and utility bills with that. See how much food you can buy. I bought the old computer when I was making a lot more money. Okay. I'm physically disabled and unable to work This refurbished computer was more or less a gift.
How can I turn works file into word files? Or should I just give up. Trolls, plz don't answer. I have enough problems as it is.

Word should be able to open a Works file without a problem. If not, try to get ahold of an old copy of Works or a converter program. Microsoft might even have one available.
