What does it mean ?
Because i wanna book they write : "The prices shown are per person on a one-way basis and must be sold as part of a return booking. The price includes fare, taxes and surcharges."

It means that the price shown is only for one direction and you must buy a return ticket to get that fare - your total cost will be twice what you're looking at if all taxes and surcharges are included as it says.

The price that is showing will not be the total price for the flight, you have to add the return cost to the fare to get the total price for the flight.
One way means just from A to B and not a return.

A one way basis means that you are not going to be returning to your originating city. If you want to return to your originating city, you need to book a round trip.
