You have not to reinstall the window.Just change the settings,

If you are using Mozilla Firefox...then follow these steps,

    First Clean your Recent History.

Go to Tools > Clear recent history.Click on this option and select "Everything" under Time range to clear.option and click on "Clear now".

Secondly...Go to Tools > Options> Security....In this dialog box you will get a option "passwords" Just deselect the check box of " Remember passwords for sites".Again click on "Save passwords" option to view all saved passwords.Just click on "remove all" option.

Finally save it and restart your browser.

If you are using MS Internet explorer then Go to Tools> Internet Options> Security and follow the steps of mozilla firefox. It will never store your password.

Sometimes during sign in it may display option to store password. At that time click on "not now" or "never" option.

*But you have not to reinstall your windows. It is not related with storing email password.
