Is it possible to pull a muscle in your boob?

There is a sore area near the bottom of my breast. It aches after I've been walking around or using the stepper. Could this be a pulled muscle and if so how did I pull it?

Yes, it is possible to pull a pectoralis major or pectoralis minor muscle which attach from the humerus to the breast bone. Could have been from the stepper. I'd just take something for the pain, make sure it goes away

sounds like cramp to me too. You regularly get cramp from allot of exercising/your muscle getting chilly and that i think of from not sufficient fluids on your physique. Im sorry that I dont comprehend the thank you to do away with the discomfort yet its generally allot extra advantageous after 24hours and long gone generally in 40 two hours.

    1. There are no mussles in your breasts, just fatty tissue.

    2. If you did have a muscle in your breasts how would you pull them?

Do you walk with your boobs? If not I find it unlikely you pulled one of your nonexistent breast muscles while walking.
