Power Filter For Bettas?
I have a new betta and i had him in a 2.5 gallon tank. it got super dirty within like two days! so i got a 5 gallon tank, i just put him in the new tank and he seems happy. but can it hurt him because i changed him into a new tank? also i have a power filter that came with the tank. it seems like it is hard for him to swim around the filter. What should i do? i need a filter!

you can put decorations, plants, driftwood, rocks or whatever around the area of the intake for the filter ... not enough to cut off flow but enough to keep the betta away a bit ... and no you did not hurt him by moving him to a bigger tank, he is probably enjoying the new space ... mine stayed in a plant for the first day i moved him from a 1.5 to a 5 :O)
