Does any one know of a restaurant in the San Antonio area that serves bone marrow?
My son and I love bone marrow. In my search I found joke that said Q: What do you get if you place 99 plates of bone marrow in a room of 100 chefs? A: a fight. I have never had it prepared professionally and would like to try it but it is difficult to search for online. If you have any suggestions I would love to hear them. Keep any comments your dislike of the dish to yourself please.

Two of Chef Jason Dady's restaurants serve Bone Marrow Pudding with Parsley Toast and Tongue & Cheek Marmalade: The Lodge Restaurant of Castle Hills (upscale, contemporary food) and Restaurant Insignia (located in Fairmount Hotel). It is not always a feature on the menu, but definitely a heavenly dish. To me, it seems like a winter menu item, so I'd definitely call to check on availability. Try Culebra or La Michoacana Meat Markets or HEB Central Markets, Im afraid that You might have to prepare it yourselves!
