my cell phone is not able to register the calls from unknown numbers,what to do?

Update:

what i m asking is whenever i receive a call from unknown numbers my cell does not include/register it in the call data.

    its not your phone they have it blocked or they're hiding they're number like a bill collector...its not your phone...trust me....

    Pl decide yr selves what u need. Yr qs is not clear. Throw new qs clearly what u wish for.
