Why didn't Manny agree to 14 days in January?

It makes Pacquaio look like he had something to hide...it is almost like he was procrastinating so the illegal substance will have time to clear his system....I am not saying that he is guilty, but it looks a little suspicious

For some of us, maybe the stance of Pacquiao before not to take the test eventhough Mayweather offer a 14 day cutoff would hint some of us that he is hiding something (like PED etc.). But here were his REASONS:

1. He said that he don't want to be tested near the fight day because he thought it will make him weak (like when he stated what happen to him in the Morales1 fight).

2. Also, he said that he don't want to bow down to any demands of Mayweaher because he don't believe that May have that benifit for he (Pacquiao is the Champion).

Now, he backed out of his stance and now he is offering to agree the 14 day cutoff for the following reasons WITHOUT contradicting his first resaons, let's take a look at these:

1. Manny is in fact very cooperative and kind to offer the 14 day cutoff knowing that he said before he thinks he will be weaken by drawing blood too close to the fight, and this time Manny found an ally - NSAC proved it that blood drawing too close to the bout will cause health problems like hematoma and the likes.

2. Although Manny said before he will not bow down to the demands of Floyd, he agreed the 14 day cutoff because he thinks that this fight is not made by the promoters but rather the FANS wants it badly especially his countrymen, and to finally avenge the character tirade of the Mayweather, to KTFO Floyd which is sweet, the justice and in much entertaining way.

that's why the olympic style testers stopped testing 18 days before the fight. they knew no one could use in that time period and gain anything. just like no one can use in a 14 day period and gain anything.

Manny did not agree in January because he would have had to fight Money.

Manny agreed to the 14 days after Money took the 14 days off the table.

Pacquiao mentioned when he fought erik morales and lost that that style of drug testing was implemented, he said he felt drained and felt as if he would agree to those terms that he would be at a disadvantage

i don't really understand you guys. before you complaining that manny didn't take the 14 days test, now manny has agreed on the 14 day test. now you guys are asking why he didn't take it before. seriously, excuses after excuses.

I think they will come to an agreement eventually. I think there "imposing their will" on one another now but its getting a bit much now. If the fight doesn't happen then we know pacquiaos on roids or whatever
