I am 15, 5'1"(155cm) and weight 114lb(52kg)...so I know my BMI is in the normal range, but I guess my ideal weight is lower..so how much should I lose?
And also, how should I do it? I planned to exercise more this summer, but it's too hot outside...so what are some effective exercises I can do at home without any equipment?
And yet another question, about my height..am I ever gonna grow any taller? And what can I do to help it..if there is anything at all...

Lol nicely a 5'4 individual who's a length 6 weighs a hundred and forty. So somebody 5'8 and a length 6 may be extra beneficial than that. yet i might basically go away the burden out using fact it is not an exceedingly mandatory component of the e book, and weight may be deceiving. Plus, seen is fundamental in books. a huge style you could not visualize while that's a human's weight. you could wager-timate.

you're 15. you're not done growing yet so you will get taller. and yes your weight is normal in fact you have a healthy weight. if you want to lose weight you could buy a workout dvd. i bought one and it helped me a lot. it was a pilates one. if you have a wii and a wii balance board you can do wii fit exercises or buy some workout games and do those. i found them to be effective. i have great arm muscles and nice abs and calves. and i lost 10 pounds from those. i'm 5'6" and i weigh 130 ibs. i hope i helped you some way.

There is NOTHING you can do about your height. If you are no longer getting taller (which often happens in spurts, so there's no way of knowing if you're going to grow more), there's not a thing you can do about it.
You should NOT be worrying about your weight. Just eat lots of healthy food, don't eat a lot of junk, and move around.
You can dance around your house, for instance. Or go swimming.
