They said they needed more girls to work there, but they said they were only accepting applications. Either way, I'm still applying. What could i do to make myself stand out more, and get hired. Obviously, the look, but what else could i do?

Any thing you know about the store and company. Highlight any and all awards you have received. (ex. Citizenship,Honor Roll,college degrees.) Well hope I helped :)

tell them which you in basic terms seek the internet and myspace for the hot and upcoming musicians and which you ask around all the time using fact your so interested in looking great new song

the look ,the manager,and know your stuff and my tip drink some energy drinks and you do better.so they know your not boring
