My phone had water damage, & now it works fine after drying, but I can't see the screen! Any helping tips?

I have U.S. Cellular, if that matters. I was pushed into a pool with my phone, & then I got out immediately and let it dry. Then I put it in rice, flower dryer & next to a dehumidifier for three days. Now it works, but my screen is completely black. How do I get it to work properly again!? :(

Unfortunately, you probably won't be able to get it to work. Sometimes phones will work just fine after they are dried out, but they usually just get worse over time.
