Hi, I'm 12 weeks pregnant so I'm still in my first trimester (almost in my second) and all I can say is that I've heard that many of the symptoms do subside by the second trimester. I sure hope I am as lucky as you because this all-day morning sickness is driving me nuts! Well, congrats on your baby :)
Edit: I was reading your post from yesterday about your amniotic fluid loss... My heart goes out to you for having been through that scare. Have you been feeling okay since? Keep us posted!

Yes, my pregnancy symptoms went away in second trimester and I went through the same thing you are. I kept questioning it, and wondering if everything is ok. My morning sickness went away during 2 trimester. Word of Advice---enjoy your second trimester. Its the easiest one, and its a breeze. The last month is horrible. I am 38 weeks pregnant and so ready for my baby girl to be here. The last month is the worst by far of all 9 months......trust me!

Im 22 weeks pregnant and feel much better than I did during the first trimester. I am still a little tired but not too bad. The "green" is gone and so is the incredible appetite. I feel pretty normal except for the belly and the kicking going on.

That happened to me, too. I've read that the second trimester is the best part of pregnancy because your morning sickness and all that other great stuff tends to decrease. (Some of it may start back up in your third.) You should enjoy it!

yes yes yes!! i am only 12 weeks 2 days, i havent pregnant for about 10 days, so i hope this is the case. i have a scan on tuesday evening so i am praying hard all is well. but yeah i had no morning sickness or anything except sore boobs and like a pulling sensation and cramping as my uterus grew and streteched, but all that stopped and now nothing!
I asked my midwife and she said as long as i have had no severe pain or bleeding everything should be fine! i hope she is right, we have been trying 3 years for this baby!
good luck x x

I have and it happened in my first trimester.
I used to freak out because I'd wonder if I was really pregnant.
Your second trimester is the easiest, most uneventful, energetic time of your pregnancy.
Enjoy it as much as you can because the third trimester will hit you like the wall.
