The reason that the penguin's plight is not what the oil spill idea wants to fulfill, is the basic fact that the mandatory transport of the industrial waste that will eventually be a hard thing to prove, has not been, nor will it ever be, accepted as a kosher deal. When that happens not one person will want to yolk the egg that fed it. Not a single ONE!
