There is a 1 year manufacturers warranty on all phones. If it is within this time frame, you are covered. Otherwise you have to use insurance, if you have it...

Not if it's because you dropped it. I don't think that's covered under the basic 1-year warranty that comes with the phone.

Hm I suggest going there and telling them that it just wont switch.. Unless its clearly visible that you dropped it.
