I can't go to Abercrombie.com on my computer?

i know this question sounds weird but it's been driving me crazy. lately, i've been trying to go on abercrombie.com on my mac os x, and it hasn't been working. it's worked before, though. this doesn't make any sense, because sometimes it'll work and i'll go on the website but then when i click on something like 'knit tops' it'll say an error occurred while processing your request, underneath it says: Reference #167.caa1 1 160.1276888511.99dde1e. other times, when i try to go on the website, it'll just go the error occurred thing. i have no idea what that number thing is and i just want to know what this means and how to fix it. is it a problem with my computer? the website? again, it worked before. i don't know what's wrong! any help is appreciated, thanks!

Update:

one more thing: i can go on hollister.com and other websites like that it's just abercrombie that's the problem. and please no stupid answers.

Update 2:

i just saw this thing on hollister and it was like a lock sign in the corner of the screen. i clicked on it, and it said some stuff about the website expiring. the little lock symbol isn't there on other websites or the error code page. do you think that this is something that has to do with the a&f company? do you think abercrombie.com expired?

Update 3:

the lock thing is a certificate or something. it says you have to renew it when it expires. do you think i have to renew abercrombie.com's certificate? if so, how do i do it?

Your parents cut you off. You spend too much money there.

Ok this is not a stupid answer like the others.

First Question- Do you have Parental controls - If YES -> Make sure that the website is not blocked in any way

Have a look at your internet settings for possible blocked websites make sure that the website is not blocked in any way.

Also do you have any antivirus software that could be affecting it.

Or it could just be their servers on a overload (too many people visiting at once) or unavalible.

I looked on the internet and only saw your question with the error code so it might just be you!

    Hope this helps!
