What is your favorite video game?

My favorite is Resident Evil 4.

I will never forget playing it for the first time with 4 of my friends in the room. I was doing great, until someone said "Shoot the Chicken" I was sneaking into the village and I knew it was not the greatest idea, but why not right? Next thing I know I am running for my life low on ammo and I seek shelter in the two story home... which triggers a chainsaw wielding maniac. I block all the windows, dash upstairs after grabbing all ammo downstairs, see shotgun, grab said shotgun with gleam in eye, loot some more stuff, knock the ladder out of the window, run to opposite window and jump out onto roof, cause by this time said maniac is hot on my sexy butt. Knock a few more ladders down and run to opposite side of roof and think "Surely I can hold out here with the shotgun." Then I remember I only have 6 shots and I am not dumb enough to use the handgun against a mob and a chainsaw. At least not yet. So I throw a grenade, and jump. And decide to run and gun while looking for ammo. Guess who triggered the second chainsaw maniac? Now I had one to my front and one to my back with a pretty good mob.... Leon lost his head. Lesson learned, "Never shoot the chicken just for the heck of it without first sneaking around and getting ammo.

We never screamed so much. It was awesome!!

The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time was my all time favorite game. I loved the adventure, open world, fantasy setting. But when Xbox 360 came out, it hugely broadened my view of video games. Adventure games like Fable II, Mass Effect, Oblivion and many more made me realize how awesome RPGs are.

And then along came Fallout 3. The only reason I bought it was because my brother said that it "looked cool in the trailer". When I first played it, I saw that it was a post apocalyptic setting. And then I put it away for a couple of months. After I spent about 24 hours of gameplay on Fable II, I finally got bored with it and started playing Fallout. I realized what I had been missing that month. Amazing gameplay, a huge open ended world, and one of the best stories I've ever been apart of.

Fallout 3 is the most amazing game I have ever played. Each time I go through the gameplay, I have different experiences. It is amazing.

I like a lot of games out there the first sonic games were okay. But if I had to choose for around this generation it would probably have to be Call Of Duty 2 as it was one of the games that pushed the boundaries of gaming. I like MW2 as well. Most people will probably say Modern Warfare 2.
