How do I burn multiple movies to 1 DVD disk?
I burnt 4 movies to the same disk because they all fitted, and they play fine on my PC, but when I put them in our normal DVD player - only 2 of the movies show in a menu where it looks as though I can choose either of them to play, but it doesnt let me play them or anything - the menu just stays the same and wont let me select either of them
I just burnt them normally through the burn option in windows My Computer when you select a file. What have I done wrong??

To burn AVI, MPEG, DivX, XviD, DV, VOB, WMV, MP4, ISO etc to DVD, I recommend this professional DVD burner software at:

First of all, you have to see if they would all fit onto a typically 4.7GB DVD. Next, you need to get some DVD Authorizing software, like DivX Author, Nero, Windows Movie Maker, etc. They work differently, but with most of them, you can customize your menus, your chapters (in your case - movies would be chapters), and a whole lot of other things. I can't really help from here since they all work differently. One last tip is that the DVD Authorizing software usually changes the size of the movie. DivX Author tells you how much memory it will take up on the DVD, so you have to make sure it's all under 4.7GB. Hope this helps!

The videos may be in the wrong format for a DVD. DVD players only play certain types of files while computers can play nearly all types as long as you have the software.

make sure you are burning a dvd not dvd data, I believe you would need 3rd party software (like convertxtodvd) also I believe it may need to be one file, but you can use video editing software to to that (avs video converter) and make chapters. I don't know any other way to get more than 1 movie per dvd. Plus if you put 4 one 1 dvd they would take up too much space unless the quality was really crappy.

make sure all of your videos are in MPEG-2 or you have to convert it. I recommend a DVD Creator which can burn any video to DVD with menu and for watching on DVD player.
