Please help identify this plant?

Here is a link to a picture of the plant I want to identify. I am interested to know the name of the large-leaf succulent in the foreground. The garden is located in Central Mexico.

Update:

From the suggestions in answer # 3 I found this. Does anyone agree that this is the smae plant??

very nice garden. I would suggest trying www.gardenweb.com they have a great forum for identification. And it is a very active place.

I am not sure if suggesting a website to use is a violation of not. Please let me know if it is so I do not make the same mistake twice. Thank you

The one in the garden is a type of Agave... there are many types. Google it somewhere.
