My puppy has had bugery eyes for a few weeks now?
we took her to the vet and gave her drops that seem to help, but it has been a few weeks.

Take her back to the vet if the drops did not clear it up

In most cases, especially if have a small dog, they are prone to allergies as with my shih tzu. It is normal and it also usually accompanied with sneezing and in some cases loss of energy.
