Need a low calorie SWEET treat recipe?

I am starting a diet. it has been a week now.. and i want to treat myself over the weekend w a low calorie treat... no, not fruit.

i wanted to try the applesauce substitute and what not but realized i have no chocolate chips.. i have a brownie recipe, but that will still be 100 calories if i substitue applesauce for oil and eggs for egg whites...

You say no fruit but ,,,,,

Try making a sorbet or a gelato with fat free half and half

Cantalope or watermelon are unique and delicous

When I diet and need to have a "sweet tooth fix", I like different flavors of sugar free jello. They always do the trick for me.

If you really are wanting brownies or cookies...I would just go ahead and eat them...then exercise it off a couple of hours later. Here is a chart showing different things you can do and how many calories you burn doing them. I find I can pretty much eat however I want, if I get plenty of exercise.
