Temporary blindness after practising extreme sport .. ?!?

I didn't play much sports for few months now .. But since last week, I started playing soccer once a week .. Just yesterday, we were playing soccer for the second time, where we played for about a whole hour ... After playing extensively for about 30 minutes ... I felt extremely tired ... And then I swear that I temporary lost my sight while I was standing !!! Things started to dim dark .. And I kind of didn't see for about 15 seconds .. !! What was that all about ?! If anyone had similar case or know why it happens .. Please let me know .. It kind of freaked me out ...

It just sounds to me like you were about to faint or pass out, possibly from dehydration or loss of body fluids from sweating, which dropped your blood pressure. Then, you recovered as your body mechanisms took over (there are hormonal changes and heart rate changes that help us compensate). Just a guess.

    Best wishes.

It sounds to me like you were close to fainting. This can be caused from several things, but is usually caused by a decrease in blood pressure due to increased activities. Also, heat can also cause this, and if you aren't used to exercising often it may be overexertion. It could also be an inbalance of your electrolytes and lack of hydration. Make sure you have plenty of water before you play again as well as plenty of rest. Dont play in extreme heat, and if this happens again, see your physician immediately. Also, you could probably benefit from a fitness regimen and vitamins if you plan to play soccer or other sports on a regular basis. Good luck!!!

Sex is always an extreme sport the way I do it. Maybe you don't remember, but I dislocated my hips and shoulders at least three times doing it with your husband, your nieghbors and that guy who passes out in your lawn every weekend. And do you think I was born with no eye lashes or eyebrows and scars all over? I have been burned, cut and thrown out of small aircraft so many times that I carry a fire extinguisher, a tourniquet and a map.
