Most websites never reach maximum bandwidth, so "unlimited" is true only based on perception. If your site becomes hugely popular, you might need to upgrade to a VPS or dedicated server. Don't worry about it. When that time comes, you'll have so many customers and so much revenue that hosting will seem like a negligible expense.

I'm currently using justhost.com, siteground.com and ausweb.com.au.

My preferred host is siteground so far - their customer support is just outstanding in all regards. JustHost are a bit cheaper in the long term, and ausweb's interface just sucks.
