Gamestop gave me the wrong game, help?
Alright I got eternal sonata but once I opened the case I got enchanted arms, lol honestly I played it and it sucked big time... I want to go back there and smack some sense into them but what if they think I just swapped it like some fraud? Or will they not suspect me in the first place? I don't know really

go in bein strait up sincere and talk to them about the mix up. find the same employee you got it from if you can. they should be able to fix the mistake and if not, have them bring in the manager. just be all sincere like you got screwed and just want your game, which is really whats goin on anyways.

That should be simple. Simpily go back to Gamestop, ( DONT OPEN YOUR GAME THAT THEY GAVE YOU YET!!!!) and return it, to them saying ' Excuse me, but you gave me the wrong game.' and they should accept the game and give you the that you wanted!

the same thing happened to my friend just go back and explain and make sure you have the RECEIPT and they should give you the right game but you should at least looked inside it first before walking out like i do.

Just take it back.
They should just give you the right game.
I bought a movie there one time and they gave me the wrong disc, and I went back and got the right one, no problem.

this happened to me a bunch a times...just go back there and explain the situation...quickly...and they should solve the situation by either finding you your real game...or telling you they dont have it in general...which also happens on ocassion...(someone stealing or just screwing up)...but dont worry so much just go back...they might just refund you...
