Ipod touch 3G 8GB OS 4.0?

What features will be included in the update for the Ipod touch 3g 8gb? I heard you can't even change the background if you have the 8gb, how dumb is that?

    just downloaded 4.0 to my 3rd gen 8 gig a few minutes ago. no multitasking, no wallpaper change. it's really stupid...i was really excited about it, too. what you DO get is a cool little mac dock at the bottom :p

    I believe you wont be able to multitask and change the wallpaper.
