Just accidentaly clicked on "IP address tracker", what should I do?

There is nothing anyone can do with your IP address. The most they can find out the general location of your ISP. They can not find out where you live.
They can ot hack your PC with just an IP.
If you would like to check to see if it has infected your PC or not with spyware, then scan it with Superantispyware free edition.
