how do i get a cheater off my deed/title?

I live in Ohio. I bought a house free and clear with a settlement check,I put her name on it for i don't even know now. caught her cheating now i want her off she wont sign a quit deed. i have a paper trail saying i bought and paid for in full dont know if that helps me any. what to do? what to do?

    The fact that you paid for the house in full is immaterial. If she's on the deed, she's a co-owner. You would need to submit to the courts for a partition action.

    Speak to a lawyer. If her name is on the deed, she may be a part owner.
